running-manRunning Man is a neighborhood located on the south end of York County squeezed between Victory Boulevard, Big Bethel Road, Carys Chapel Road, and Hampton Highway.  Homes are zoned for the highly desirable Tabb School District and have easy access to Langley Air Force Base & NASA.  This neighborhood is well established with homes ranging in age from 1985 to the last built home in 2013, all over 2,000 square feet.

Running Man offers it’s residents a number of amenities including a community pool, multiple playgrounds, walking trails, an exercise trail, a clubhouse, and covered picnic areas with charcoal grills.  Many homeowners also participate in association clubs including Bunco and the Yard and Garden Club.
