Recent data from Point2 shows that 10-15 photos are optimal for drawing in buyers and generating leads to sell a home.
Why? Too few photos leave the buyer wondering what’s not being shown and are often brushed off as a dud house. The opposite is also true. Too many photos answer buyer questions and they have no need to preview the listing in person.
Just as with writing ad copy, photos need to provide buyers with just enough information to pique their interest but still feel the need to reach out to the listing agent for additional details.
