Zillow recently launched a new series of “What If” commercials, leading to the question “What if I could get preapproved in minutes?”

After clicking the “Get Pre-Approved” tab buyers can enter information about income, monthly debt, and credit score. This populates a probable loan amount estimate. Buyers then have the choice of taking it a step further by entering personal contact information and the tool pulls individual credit reports.

If lender standards are met, the buyer is sent an online preapproval letter. Simple. Fast. Easy.
